Kiersten Williams helps companies and organizations tell people what they do and why it's impactful. She has spent her career providing communications and marketing consulting to local, regional and global clients to educate and motivate people. In addition, Kiersten has worked as an outsourced communication director for clients during her 13-year tenure at her New York-based boutique firm, Williams Consulting, LLC.  

Her more than 20-year career in the number one media market has built trusted relationships with communications professionals, industry sources, media contacts, and various stakeholder groups. She has spent her career as a public relations and marketing consultant working with publicly-held and private B2B and B2C companies to help them achieve business goals on a global, regional and national stage. 

Kiersten is committed to helping  position clients for growth using relevant communications strategies, creative expertise, and affordable content. She works directly with organizations or creates a custom group of talented, veteran communicators. Most of all, she guides clients on the execution of priority tactics to help maximize budget resources.

She has been recognized by industry peers as a Platinum MarCom Award winner, the competition’s highest honor for excellence in financial media relations/publicity category for “Strength in Factoring,” an integrated communications campaign.  Kiersten was also acknowledged by the journalism community as a Silver Bulldog Award winner for Excellence in Media Relations and Publicity with “Best Green Campaign” for a wastewater treatment client and was featured in the Media Relations Hall of Fame magazine. 

In addition, Kiersten is a supporter of the Arts and a recipient of the Al D. Wolfheimer Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to youth education at Raleigh Little Theatre, a non-profit organization and one of the oldest continuously operating community theaters in the country. 

She is a graduate of Emerson College and is a long-standing member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina chapter as communications director, and has previously served as both secretary and treasurer. In addition, she has held volunteer board positions with the Triangle American Marketing Association (AMA).
