Her more than 20 year career in the number one media market has built trusted relationships with communications professionals, industry sources, media contacts, and various stakeholder groups. She has spent her career as a public relations and marketing consultant working with publicly-held and private B2B and B2C companies to help them achieve business goals on the global, regional and national stage.

Kiersten was also acknowledged by the journalism community as a Silver Bulldog Award winner for Excellence in Media Relations and Publicity with “Best Green Campaign” for a wastewater treatment client and was featured in the Media Relations Hall of Fame magazine.
In addition, Kiersten is a supporter of the Arts, and a recipient of the Al D. Wolfheimer Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to youth education at Raleigh Little Theatre, a non-profit organization and one of the oldest continuously operating community theatres in the country.
She is a graduate of Emerson College and is a long-standing member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina chapter as Secretary, past-Treasurer and incoming Director of Communications. In addition, Kiersten is the first-ever Director of Community Outreach (#AMAIMPACT) for the American Marketing Association’s Triangle Chapter.
