She has spent her career as a public relations and marketing consultant working with publicly-held and private B2B and B2C companies to help them achieve business goals on the global, regional and national stage.

Kiersten was also acknowledged by the journalism community as a Silver Bulldog Award winner for Excellence in Media Relations and Publicity with “Best Green Campaign” for a wastewater treatment client and was featured in the Media Relations Hall of Fame magazine.
In addition, Kiersten is a supporter of the Arts, and a recipient of the Al D. Wolfheimer Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to youth education at Raleigh Little Theatre, a non-profit organization and one of the oldest continuously operating community theatres in the country.
She is a graduate of Emerson College and is a long-standing member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina chapter as Secretary, past-Treasurer and incoming Director of Communications. In addition, Kiersten is the first-ever Director of Community Outreach (#AMAIMPACT) for the American Marketing Association’s Triangle Chapter.
